Benefits of Peppermint

When my anxiety, stress, or fatigue needs a bit of attention, I mix some chamomile tea with peppermint tea. My body begins to relax, my energy renews, and I feel less physical tension. This same relaxing sensation is beneficial when skin becomes irritated. A few drops of peppermint oil gently massaged into the skin causes a cooling relief so intense that I sometimes have to dilute it. I mix peppermint oil, tea tree oil, avocado oil, and a few other ingredients into an oil dropper and shake it up.

This can be used for your entire family to relieve ingrown hairs, dry skin, dry lips, dull colored hair, stress, and even repel mosquitos.

Aids in digestion issues including gas, bloating, and indigestion. Relieves inflammation, muscle tension and pain, all common with menstrual cramps. The antibacterial properties freshen almost anything, from your breath to your bathroom and even your yoga mat. Eases fatigue, giving a refreshing boost of energy.

Benefits: In Your Space

Peppermint oil in a diffuser is commonly used to relieve nausea, morning sickness, colds, coughs, and sinus infection.
