Summer Self-Care

Natural SPF

Below are some of our favorite natural oils with SPF that can be used as as a boost for your UVA and UVB coverage for the summer. Be mindful however that the SPF levels of most oils aren’t high enough to adequately protect against harmful UV radiation as sunscreen alone.

?Coconut oil~ SPF 2-8 ⠀

?Avocado oil~ SPF 4-15⠀

?Carrot seed oil~ SPF 38-40⠀

?Raspberry seed oil~ SPF 28-50

Did you know you can also hydrate your skin?

? Avocado oil is a perfect example. You can hydrate your skin and also ingest avocado oil to receive its natural properties.

Lastly, always drink plenty of water to stay fully hydrated as water also helps keep your skin looking soft and floods out impurities.
